weight lifting plans while breastfeeding

Anyone know of or currently doing a weight lifting plan?
I'm 6 weeks pp and looking for exercise that I can do indoors while its -12° outside and my 19 month old and new little guy nap.
I've been doing a few lifts I've found on pintrest but would like to here from others.

    I did stronglift after my second. I waited 12 weeks because I had lower pelvic pain from lifting heavy.

    I started with bikini body mommy 2.0 after my second. It's fast, effective, and free. I'm now a personal trainer and would still recommend it to new moms. Great intro into strength with little equipment needed. It's also only 20 min a day from start to finish. That was literally all I had with a colicky baby. Good luck!!!
