Good morning, everyone!
I was so relieved when I looked at the workout for today -- the first workout of Week 6. I did not make it through 20 minutes of jogging last Friday, but I am moving on to Week 6 in the hopes that I can nail it next time. If not, I will repeat Week 5, D3, until I DO get it.
Here is today's workout.
W6, D1
5-minute brisk warm-up walk
Enjoy YOUR day! Make it the BEST it can be!

Removed my stitches Sunday morning and while area of surgery still sore, my hands feel much better. Will continue wearing padded gloves for a few more weeks.
Sunday Workout
F22 triad W3D1 complete (padded gloves and push-up bars).
32 push-ups, (Had to really push to get number 32, glad W3D2 is a repeat of reps.)
37 sit-ups,
44 squats.
10K app W6D1 complete.
After a 2 minute walk, successfully added my four extra sprints.
NOTE: W6D1 and D2 are last two days of intervals until beginning week 9 and then the 10K app continues on where the C25K app ends.
FitBit Charge HR workout stats
78 minutes total,
62 active minutes,
736 cals,
6,213 steps.
6 minutes in peak zone (>160 bpm, peak HR 167 bpm),
26 minutes in cardio zone (130 - 160),
37 minutes in fat burn zone (95 - 130),
and the rest out of zone (<95 bpm).
Feeling all sorts of niggles this morning (Monday).0
