Otter mode is ultimately my goal, however before I can start my bulk comfortably I have to lose about 12 more pounds to be at ~143. Currently 156.4 pounds 5'110

to be able to close my hand on my upper arm, both hands on my mid-thigh or upper thigh if possible, to lay down and my hip bones will suspend the waistband of my pants (no tummy touching the area, just like a gap? its hard to explain), to have a thigh gap, to have a flat stomach (no rolls) when slouching seated0
