I've been doing this for awhile...up and down...up and down. Traveling decimates my fitness & diet. I'll post my current. Any twins out there?

CW: not really sure I get weighed at some of my appointments and they usually take off 10 pounds for my uniform so I think 163
GW: I like where I'm at but could loose my mini keg so I want to lower my body fat ratio but gain some muscle mass, plus still be able to enjoy some delicious beer without getting a beer belly which I know is all about more calories taking in then burning so it's not truly a beer belly but beer tends to help with getting a belly.0 -
