    What's a mod? Sorry am not sure what that means ( my age must be showing).
    Trying to loose about 10 pds from Christmas and January holidays. I find that i need to constantly monitor weight. I am 60 yrs old and 5'10 168 pds. Just looking to be healthy, nit a wauf. I want to enjoy life, which includes wine and some endulging, but also like to be fit and healthy.
