Just starting out (again) but more serious than I have been in last 10 years. I have a very sedentary desk job, so I am trying to get lots of breaks, make my lunch, get at least 5 worksouts in a week, hit yoga at least once. Sick of seeing myself in pictures because "wow I don't feel that fat!"

I've been fat almost my whole life. So my body now is the thinnest I've ever been. So I'm not sure what 127 would look like on me. I'm sorta tall, but my body frame is kinda small. I think I could pull it off but I'd be thin. Like a size 2 thin. Right now I'm like a 6. Maaaybe a 4 if it's a dress

I have started lifted regularly over the last four weeks and I LOVE it.
I travel weekly for work (I am the primary bread winner) and I have a 3.5 y.o. daughter.
I gained a lot of weight with my current career.
I am trying to find balance and improve meal prep (which is hard with 2-4 overnights per week).

I'm taking a break from weights and HIIT right now because my workout partner has a pinched nerve. Currently we're walking an hour a day M-F and I'm doing C25K on my own, running 3-4 times a week. I just started logging my food on MFP about two weeks ago and it's really keeping me accountable.

I like to eat healthy and exercise and when I'm doing well I exercise 3-5 days a week and I eat very healthy. I go through these periods where I'm stressed at work, busy and tired. I'm in that rut right now and am at the higher end of my weight. I need to get the momentum to get back to exercising and eating health. want to get back down to at least 140.

I'm on 1500 calories a day. With a big focus on protein. I'm pescatarian. I'm 26. I am currently doing beachbody dvd fitness program "Focus T25". I'm on week 9. Seeing progress on scales and on my stomach but the stubborn lower ab jiggle just ain't budging! I work in a restaurant on the weekends so they are the days I'll typically cheat on my diet.
