Free Low Carb Kindle Books

So I thought it might make sense to have one thread for this, instead of posting new ones each time. This way whenever there is a new free kindle book we can just update this thread to have them all in one place.
I haven't personally gone through these, I just share when they come up, I figure, free is free so even if the recipes don't work for you, there's no real loss
Here's the latest one

Good idea. And if you find out one is no longer free, lets us know.
I'm putting this in the LaunchPad under Open Call for Submissions.0 -
The one about casseroles is no longer free. Based on at least one review, it isn't much of a loss. Recipes with canned peas, canned carrots and canned milk may be casseroles but they're not low-carb.0

That's so awesome these are shared! Thanks0

Yeah the casserole one seems to be maybe kid geared or easy weeknight. Would be great for someone on a budget too.0 -
The one posted today isn't free ($2.99) anymore. Not a bad price though!
I don't think any of them remain free. I think they are just promotional type things.0 -
Yes it's a short time frame, and they all seem to be different. It might be with checking them again in the future as they may be free again at some point.0

Free low carb blueprint. Haven't read it, just sharing. Were they REALLY, TRULY low carb? How did you get a good apple/cinammon flavor?
(This is making me paticularly rabid. I was at a party this weekend where someone brought a fresh-baked, apple-cinammon pie. After ogling the artwork for 30+ minutes, I brazenly walked over and swiped about 1/8 of a teaspoon of filling. Mmmmmm..... Thanks to my biblical resistance to temptation, that trace amount was plenty enough; I had no desire whatsoever to sit down and eat the whole damn thing....... )0 -
I used cinnamon and sparkling apple cider you don't use a lot of the cider so it is pretty low per donut. but I wonder if they have apple cinnamon extract that could be used too. I'll try to find the nutrition info for it.0

Woo hoo! Leap Day Home Run!
FYI, "Bickford flavorings are suspended in either a water-soluble or oil-soluble base. Because our flavorings do not contain any added alcohol, they impart great flavor and do not evaporate when exposed to heat. This allows the flavor to taste better, smell better, and not "bake-out," as a traditional alcohol-based extract. Water-soluble flavors are ideal for baking and to flavor frosting."
Looks promising.
Thanks - much appreciated!
PS. Here's the recipe.0 -
yep that's the recipe, so that will even lower the carbs more with no sparkling cider, just remember to add liquid to make up for not using the cider to it or it'll be too dry0

Not really low-carb, but free!

I honestly have to say I don't think I'd indulge in a treat with more carbs than fat....that's a very very dangerous path for me!0
