Yay. Found a great way to fight carbs.

Shirataki noodles! What a great substitute and only 15 calories and 4 carbs in 2/3 cup serving. Made my own ramen noodles-only 142 cal. for the whole thing. Also use them in all my stir-fry, lo-mein- etc. Does anyone else use these? Ideas?

    I had the miracle noodles, not too thrilled. Felt like slime, taste ok but slime. Gayle Minneapolis

    That's why you have to rinse them well with cold water then drop into boiling water for 3 minutes. Takes care of the prob.
