I have had a rough week. Feeling really nauseas. So I struggled with everything I tried to eat. I couldnt even hold water down. SO I did drink quite a bit of gatorade and even some sprite one day. I have been trying to introduce more fat to my diet because it was recommended. Well my body is not fan of that idea. So I took it easy on myself this week.
I also bought a new scale. There is almost a 2 pound difference between my old one and the new one. But since I plan on using the new scale from this point on I am tracking my weight from it.0 -

Sunday weigh in: No real change (170.6 lbs, but that's what I weighed a week ago). At least that 3 lbs I had put on last week from too much sodium intake went away!
Monday 2/15 weigh-in: I saw a big change as of Saturday! My scale read 168.6 which was 2 lbs down from where I had been stuck for almost 3 weeks. (Made me think of this article about uneven weight loss: http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/of-whooshes-and-squishy-fat.html/)
I haven't logged it in MFP yet, because I always wait until the number has shown consistently for 3-4 days before I log, because I don't want to be logging an anomaly then have to set my number back up.

Awesome! I am in for four pounds by the end of February. Started this journey in November at 148 lb. Goal is 120 lb by May 1st but so much easier to break it into smaller goals.

Welcome to the group and good luck! Because you are a bit later on the challenge, don't be disappointed if you don't hit all 4 pounds by the end of February. A lot of us that are already pretty small are losing smaller amounts each week. It sounds like you have already made some amazing progress though!0 -
This sounds like a great challenge! I'm at a point where weight loss is pretty slow. I'll go for 4 lbs by Feb 29.

Went down to 135.8 from 137, but I'm now back at 136.4 - it's that time of the month! Sticking with my calories and running, and hoping to have a decent drop on the scales when Aunt Irma leaves town0

Thanks so much for the welcome and the encouragement! Trying to reach 131 is definitely setting the bar high for such a short time. Since I started on Wednesday the 17th, my hope is to reach it by Wed. March 2nd but it's my birthday weekend so we'll see. Just trying to stay motivated and positive and moving the needle in the right direction0 -
