I have been on a keto hiatus since October of last year and have maintained my loss (40 lbs) but despite calorie counting, doing a whole30 and just watching what I eat, I gain and lose the same couple pounds week after week. I felt pretty tired and exhausted last time I did keto for 6/7 months so I'm determined to keep an eye more on my electrolytes and vitamins. Glad to be back here though. :)
