It was the actual Keto Adaptation group. I was a member for a long time, posted recipes, helped people, and the only thing I did was post a picture of a graph of my weightloss on a post of a girl who was complaining that she hadn't lost much weight, showing that weightloss is up and down and there are periods where you lose nothing. Shortly after that I noticed nothing on my newsfeed anymore, and discovered that i had been kicked, without even the courtesy of an inbox to tell me why. I found the group a good source of info and recipes and I do miss it from my feed. I don't get why being a Facebook admin makes people think they're better than everyone else.
