Had a Fitbit for about 4 years and it died on my beginning of 2015. Just purchase the Charge HR to help get myself back on track with everything! Feel free to add me on both Fitbit and MFP!

I have the fitbit charge and love it! I have a question though the exercise calories that come over from fitbit into MFP are sometimes really high. How does fitbit calculate actual burned calories?0
