Good morning, Woggers!

How is everyone feeling? How is your jogging going? Making progress or feeling like you are falling behind? Let's hear how C10K is treating you.

Here is today's workout:

W8, D2
Brisk 5-minute warm-up walk
*Jog for 28 minutes without stopping (I am happy if my heart just keeps beating)
5-minute cool-down walk

    (Tuesday's workout)

    Didn't think about doing this workout today. Just did it.

    F22 triad W5D2 complete.
    • 40 push-ups (with push-up bars),
    • 66 sit-ups,
    • 60 squats.

    10K app W8D2 complete.
    • normal 5 minute warm-up
    • 28 minute jog @ 5 mph (no walking water breaks today)
    • (no extra sprints)
    • normal 5 minute cool-down

    28 minute non-stop jog. Pleasantly surprised me.

    FITBIT CHARGE HR STATS
    • 83 minutes total,
    • 67 active minutes,
    • 817 cals,
    • 6,029 steps,
    • 3.88 miles.

    • 20 minutes in peak zone (>160 bpm, peak HR 176 bpm),
    • 12 minutes in cardio zone (130 - 160),
    • 45 minutes in fat burn zone (95 - 130),
    • and the rest out of zone (<95 bpm).

    Well done d_t it gets easier doesn't it!!? :) hows it going for you Dee? :) long time no speak, just come through ear infections and knee probs, however I feel i am back on top now, how about you? x

    I like your new pic!

    Glad you are getting better. My new job is so busy, I barely have time to breathe. Other than that, all is good. I miss having the extra time to hang out on MFP. Keeping up by the hair on my chinny, chin chin!
