    In the past few months I made it down to 137 but came right back to 144 once winter hit. Looking forward to getting back to 130 :smiley:

    I've re-gained some pounds this fall/winter and looking forward to feeling healthier again! I'm going to try to stick to 1200 calories plus any earned from exercise. Activities include walking, running, and Bikram yoga. Support welcomed :)

    im doing a combination of heavy weights focusing on abs glutes and arms. Cardio 3-4 days a week.
    im not focusing on the scale to much more on measurements. getting ready for summer. :wink:

    Using combination of 21DF portion sizing techniques, but not SUPER strict. Workouts range from dance classes, gym (elliptical & light weights), and 21DF videos.

    My metabolism did that thing after I turned 35 where I can't eat everything in sight anymore. I'm trying to learn some good habits that I'll use the rest of my life to stay slim. I'm mostly watching portions and trying to make smarter choices. And getting more active. I used to run a lot. I'm running again, but without any focus on speed or distance - I'm just trying to enjoy it and listen to my body.

    I am more concerned with the saddlebags to go away. I'm losing weight in my upper body but I have a butt and thighs that I NEED toned up by July because that's when my Bachelorette party is.

    It is extremely hard to find someone in the same boat as me, so I'm looking for you twin!
