Everybody here probably already knows this, but it looks like doctors are finally going to believe it.

Type 2 diabetes as a disease of ectopic fat?

Is type 2 diabetes reversible via loss of fat or ectopic fat?
The simple answer to this is ‘yes’.

    Gee, couldn't it be both? Duh. Hyperinsulinemia makes ya hangry. Hangry makes ya eat too much. I got the answer. I should be a scientist! Lol

    It goes on to say that a 600 calorie a day diet showed improvement from ectopic fat loss in just one week. Too bad there's not some magical way a person can burn fat extra efficiently without starving huh? :wink:
