1 Mile walk or 20 mins or 2,000 steps
Wed. March 2, 2016
Daily walk
2 mile walk or 30 mins or 4,000 steps + 5 min Abs session: crunches, rev crunches and planks. Do as many as you can for 5 mins or alternate ea exercise

3 mile walk or 45 mins or 6,000 steps
Fri. March 4, 2016
Daily walk

I over did my walking on Wednesday. I chose to walk the 2 miles instead of the 30 minutes and I've been paying for it. I was too sore yesterday to do my walking so I'm going to walk yesterday's 45 minutes and do today's abs. So from now on, or at least till I'm used to the work, I'm going to shoot for the time limits instead of the miles. BTW GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!!!0
