Tomorrow 1st day of walking off the pounds challenge...Ready? I am :)

- choose that special outfit/clothes you want to

Tues. March 1, 2016
Daily Walk
1 Mile walk or 20 mins or 2,000 steps

Wed. March 2, 2016
Daily walk
2 mile walk or 30 mins or 4,000 steps + 5 min Abs session: crunches, rev crunches and planks. Do as many as you can for 5 mins or alternate ea exercise

Thurs. March 3,2016
Daily walk
3 mile walk or 45 mins or 6,000 steps

Fri. March 4, 2016
Daily walk
2 Mile walk, or 30 min or 4,000 steps + 5 min Abs session: crunches, Rev crunches & planks alternate each or do as many as you can for 5 mins

Sat. March 5, 2016
Daily walk
4 mile walk or 60 min or 8,000 steps

Sun. March 6, 2016
Daily walk
1 mile or 20 mins or 2,000 steps

    Do Leslie Sansone walking miles work? Or is it better to do just straight walking?

    Day 1: 1 mile ( It was cold and windy. If it wasn't for this challenge, I probable would not have got out and walked).

    I did my 5 minutes of abs this morning due to time.
    4,968 steps - 2.24 miles according to Fitbit.

    I over did my walking on Wednesday. I chose to walk the 2 miles instead of the 30 minutes and I've been paying for it. I was too sore yesterday to do my walking so I'm going to walk yesterday's 45 minutes and do today's abs. So from now on, or at least till I'm used to the work, I'm going to shoot for the time limits instead of the miles. BTW GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!!!

    3/4/16 = 15,821 steps/7.49 Miles for 139 minutes; 427.1 calories burned. This morning I purchased Leslie Sansome's Miracle Miles DVDs. I'm hoping to incorporate exercise into my walking program.
