1 Mile walk or 20 mins or 2,000 steps
Wed. March 2, 2016
Daily walk
2 mile walk or 30 mins or 4,000 steps + 5 min Abs session: crunches, rev crunches and planks. Do as many as you can for 5 mins or alternate ea exercise
Thurs. March 3,2016
Daily walk
3 mile walk or 45 mins or 6,000 steps
Fri. March 4, 2016
Daily walk
2 Mile walk, or 30 min or 4,000 steps + 5 min Abs session: crunches, Rev crunches & planks alternate each or do as many as you can for 5 mins
