    I over did my walking on Wednesday. I chose to walk the 2 miles instead of the 30 minutes and I've been paying for it. I was too sore yesterday to do my walking so I'm going to walk yesterday's 45 minutes and do today's abs. So from now on, or at least till I'm used to the work, I'm going to shoot for the time limits instead of the miles. BTW GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!!!

    3/4/16 = 15,821 steps/7.49 Miles for 139 minutes; 427.1 calories burned. This morning I purchased Leslie Sansome's Miracle Miles DVDs. I'm hoping to incorporate exercise into my walking program.
