                    I am 39 and heavier than I ever thought I would be, 265lbs!!  I thought I was fat at 220!  I am a full time student and hold the couch down way too much.  So, before I hit 40 I am making some changes!
My goal is to get to 190lbs and be able to run a 5k race!

            Don't stop,,, believin......
 and dont let yourself go another day without knowing you can do better for yourself. Can ya fix it in a day or a week or a month, nope! Took longer to get there than a few months, but just wait until a feel how things are after the first 10 lbs,,, and the next,,, and the next!
 I was working on the 5K thing, did a few worrier dashes, but running is so hard for me. I just started a Couch to 5k program - again. IT WORKS.
 Cycling is a great way to keep that cardio up as well.0
