 Feeling great about my progress this month since I hardly saw any movement in February... Weight was actually 0.4 lower today, but I don't want to track yet because yesterday was a fast day....

 I actually ended up getting the flu part of end of February and early March so I lost a lot of weight (not the best way, I know). However, after getting my appetite back on March 2nd, I still continued to drop weight and I'm eating like a horse! haha
 My weight seems to be stabilizing now (no dramatic drops) so my goal is ramp up the exercise (slowly since I"m still recovering from the flu) to keep my metabolism going.0

            I did not stick to my diet this week. I was cheating constantly. This is reflected on the scale. It is fluctuating between 138 and 139. I did do some measurements last week. Even though, I have not seen the number on the scale go down, I did lose some inches. I will post those later when I am at home. I will post those later when I am at home.

 This weekend was tough! I was down to 136.6 on Friday, but back up to 137.8 today Hoping it's just leftover water-weight/bloating from the drinking Saturday night!  I did lift on Saturday and so there may be some water retention going on still. My clothes are not tighter though....so I'm not bloated.
 Any ideas? Maybe my scale needs a new battery or has gone bad after 15 years in the bathroom? LOL
 Maybe I'm sleepwalking to the kitchen and eating salt. Yeah...that's got to be it. LMAO 0 0

 I totally agree. I think I have finally cracked the code for me and it is limiting my eating hours (or "intermittent fasting" as they are calling it). My other option is to entirely eliminate wine from my diet-- and that feels too much like suffering to be sustainable!That last 10 lbs is a bear, isn't it?
