My Goals for the next 100 days:
    • Cut out Refined sugars
    • Increase energy
    • Workout at least 3 times a week
    • Track Food for 100 days
    • Lose at least 10 inches (waist, hips, thighs, arms)
    • Lose 20 pounds (Gained 8 over the winter :/ )
    • Most of all, help others achieve their goals!

I will be taking a before picture and will also take my measurements before the start of this challenge. This will help keep me motivated by seeing progress. Sometimes the scale is not the best indicator! I also don't weigh myself daily. I will do it weekly. I feel that we obsess and get hung up over a stupid number!

The hardest part about this is sticking to your goals. Yes... We could make goals ALL DAY LONG but its the daily plans and efforts that help us accomplish them. So... Lets do this together :) Take it day by day.

    Goals:

    1) Lose 15 lbs
    2) Learn balance - healthy eating vs. indulgence (wine/beer/Hubby's homebrew)
    3) Exercise 4-5 days a week - I'm starting with that to be realistic.
    4) Self-control - when I do have those indulgence... get back on track the next day/meal! Don't let the indulgence be a pass for blowing the next day too!

This is amazing! I can't wait to see everyone's results? Has anyone "offically" started yet? I know some people like to start on certain days but my thinking is why wait another day :)

My goal is simple, but I keep sliding on actually doing it: lose the 10 pounds I put back on late last year. So, my goal is to eat at a calorie deficit every day. Some days the deficit will be close to maintenance, other days the deficit will be 1300, which is what MFP gave me.

Goals for the next 100 days..
-self-discipline! I always somehow forget all the reasons why I want this as soon as food is in my face. :/
    - no over-eating.. especially very limited candy
    - i want to lose at least 20 pounds. Cw: 180 but my ultimate gw: 130
-exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes

I really really want this, so lets hope this group gives me the motivation.

I recently did a 12 week challenge, which I enjoyed. I've lost 45 pounds over the last 18 months and I'd like to lose another 10-15 pounds.
My goals are to exercise more, and to eat a little healthier. I try to keep my calories at 1200 a day to lose 1/2-1 lb week.

    Hi, I'm Cindy!
    Age: 24
    Height: 5ft
    CW: 143
    GW: 115

My goals for the next 100 days:

-Lose 30 lbs by summer. And be in the best shape of my life! Always been that chubby girl my whole life, and that gets old! :/ I'm tiny so every little gain shows!

-I'm currently participating on the 10 week Biggest Loser Challenge (on our last week now) and have lost 17lbs so far since starting in late January. I'm thinking of participating again for the next challenge!

-Keep making healthy meals and bringing lunch/dinner to work.

-Keep going to spin class 2x/week and add kettlebell exercises 2x/week

-Cut my sugar intake more! I've done great progress since starting biggest loser, but I still get crazy sugar cravings when it's right in front of me! Candies and chocolates are what I tend to binge on if I don't control myself! :(

I hope I can find more friends here! :)

-Track everything I eat (no more mini cheats where I don't log it)
-Start getting stricter with my carb intake (trying to limit to under 100g per day)
-Increase weekly exercise to 5-6 days per week. Working on getting toned slowly but surely

What is 80/10/10? Are those your macros?

Hi everyone! It's nice to meet you!

    My goals are:

    - Cut back on sugar and alcohol
    - Eat more protein and seasonal fruits and vegetables
    - Move more: a walk, dancing around the house, hand washing the car, etc
    - Do yoga at least 2-3 times a week
    - Last but not least, lose some pounds :)

I probably want to lose about 10 lbs, but I'll tweak that as I go.

I've done some challenges in the past, but I hope this will be the challenge for me ;-) Looking forward to supporting each other in the coming weeks!

    xoxo
