The group hasnt done this on a weekly level in a long time, mostly because there seemed to be a lack of interest but it looks like some people may be interested again!
So this is a thread to post a few small weekly goals to hopefully keep things simple in the big world of weight loss! And of course to cheer each other on and support each other
For this week my goals are:
1) to not let my water slip on a week when i have plans every day of the week
2) to go to bed by 1030 each night because i am not sleeping enough
3) to not stress out to much about my dr appt friday
I forsee a good week

For this week my goals are:
1) Get my fasting blood sugar at or below 100.
2) Limit myself to 1 Diet coke a day.
3) Walk every single day in my neighborhood.0 -

I hate going to the doc, at my age they always find something! So far nothing serious, should be happy! I'm with you in loving energy. Gayle Minneapolis0 -
This week...
1. Eat breakfast everyday before I leave the house.
2. Get to the pool.
3. Bed by 11 (I need to sleep!).
4. Get out walking.

1) log EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth
2) exercise on schedule (water activities x3 and weights x3)
3) make sure the weekend stays binge free

So far this week im putting back the water, no extra soda past my 1 per day that i limit myself too, yesterday i had some mall fast food with my daughter but i only ate about half my dinner and then we walked around for about an hour.
Sleeping, totally opposite, i have not slept well since saturday!!
As for that doctors appt, thanks Gayle i took friday off work so i can relax that morning and then just go and not worry about the crazy work stuff0 -

Tudor: what is normal sugar, i measure by mmol/L so its a different number. I am pleased when i can stand without passing out lol!
Gayle: swimming is such a great activity
Amythest: gotta get the breakfast in, its so hard to get used to though! Pick stuff you know you will like.
Alana: sounds like you have a solid plan! its funny that we dont log stuff, we are only lying to ourselves

It's been tough all week, so far. Managed to grab fruit to eat in the car or after the school run but there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day.
On the plus side, came to bed early to read and new bedding!

exercise---I have not done what I planned, but still have time to catch up---i took last night off due to tornadoes and hail, thought I was better off staying in. :-)
