    Happy St Patrick's Day!

I am Irish mostly, and its my fav holiday. We travel to find fun parades, this photo was from 2 years ago in Vancouver Canada. Tonight just going to local pub with folk music.

Not really about fitness but its a perfect sunny day and I will be doing a long walk.

Hope you all have a bit of Irish blessing today! :D

    Hi all!

St pattys day got right past me. Marla, I hope u celebrated enough for both of us. ;). I love to hear what's up with you Marla. You are in a really nice stage of life right now (I'm not jealous, but I do appreciate it for you and look forward to my turn), and I think y'all must be settling into your new area really well. The area where you live sounds great.

Well, I hope we do all get well soon. I'm still nose-blowing, coughing, and very short of breath. But I've been very busy (thus not checking in) and have racked up 20,000 steps per day the past two days. Makes me think that when I'm feeling better and can hit the gym, it'll be like a break from all my back logged errands! Lol

Laura...snow. No comment. (Except, HOW can you stand it?!) I'm thankful for the Spring-like mild Winter, esp for all the people, families and children sleeping rough in Greece right now.

val, you have a valid rant. The education system is quite a mess in many places. My experience as a parent over here has had some very low lows, but this year is finally hitting some very high highs, esp regarding my 6th grade son. But also, I happened to have a convo today with a friend about how some of the children refugees we have right now have never even known normal school, bc their homeland has been at war since they were born.

Off to blow my nose again and take my cough syrup and dream of the weekend.

    Fun photo Marla!

I wore green socks yesterday and that's all I can claim for celebrating St. Patrick's Day.

My cold is just about gone - more than 2 weeks after it started.

I accept snow in March (and April and sometimes May) because I really don't like to be hot, and the summers here are glorious. I can always put more clothes on but I can only take so many clothes off. LOL

Potluck at work today. I made my favorite cheese dip.

    Rest day.
