Protein bombs?

I see a lot of recipes for fat bombs, but fats are never an issue for me. I get enough with cooking with olive oil or eating almonds or dark chocolate. I always have trouble hitting my protein goals for the day though. Are there any low fat high protein snack choices?

Only things I can think of are pork rinds, hard boiled eggs and jerky.

Almonds have protein but too much fat. I eat them to hit my fat goals if I'm low.
