I'm coming up on 2 weeks of Keto and I fluctuate between 15-22 net carbs. I'm losing lbs according to the scale, but my pants still fit the same
I wouldn't worry too much, you might be one of those people like me that lose weight in their face/fingers/ankles first. I wish I lost weight from my stomach, but it's the last place I do.

Around 80g carbs which most of it comes from my steel cut oats in the morning. Been in Ketosis but find I do better on 55% fat 35% protein 10% carbs. Staying under 100g carbs gives me more variety as I do enjoy eating but not the same foods everyday. Was 110kg but now in maintenance at between 65-66kg.

been doing Ketosis for 4 weeks,2 not seriously and last two using MFP net about 15-18 have lost 6kg in 4 weeks0
