I joined this group late, but I am about 4-5lb down since I started (2-weeks ish). I know I likely won't make it to 100lb before December 31, but I would like to get as close as I can!!!

Maybe go for 75lb by end of year.

    Start weight Jan. 1 - 267
    This week - 247

It's coming off slowly but surely. I could've done better, but at least I haven't gained!
On another note, I've been to the gym 14 days in a row!

@ObesityWarrior I am not really setting a specific weight goal, more like just want to feel better and be able to be more active for a trip I have in December.

It sounds like everyone is doing great so far!! I started this year at 298.5. I am down to 268.5 on that scale I had been weighing myself on, which is 30 pounds lost for the year, but changed scales and am more accurately 274. So, although I have lost 30 pounds (actual start weight was probably also 5.5 pounds heavier), I am switching over to the more accurate weight of 274. Going to try weighing once a month from here on in, so we shall see what my next weight is on the better scale!!

    Starting weight Jan 1 = 265
    Current weight = 229

Still a long way to go, but I'm happy with my progress so far!
