Close to goal? What do you have your macros at?

just wondering what other are doing successful at maintaining their weight. I have been 1400 cals 75 fat 25 protein and 5 carbs and lost pretty successfully over last few months but now i am wanting to get ready to slow down but not stop yet. So curious what others do and still able to loose at? I won't stick to -20 carbs for ever I'm ready to start raising it no more than 50 and more protein so I know the fat will have to drop. Any tips?

    I set mine by grams.. I have 1430 cals 125 carb 50 fat and 120 protein.

    For weight loss I was at 1350 cals, roughly 10% carbs (20-30 net), 65% fat and 25% protein. Weight loss slowed waaay down as I got closer to goal.
    I'm now in maintenance so I've been gradually increasing calories and upped carbs a little. I'm now up to 1550 cals, 15% carbs (the intention is to mostly add more veggies with the extra carbs), 60% fat and 25% protein.

    My carbs are all over the place usually below 50. Weight loss is slow as molasses now but I'm not eating at much of a deficit and am letting my body continue to burn fat. I've gotten smaller without losing a lb so I'm good with that.
