I think I may need some assistance

I have been on LCHF WOE for about 10 days now.. I am feeling pretty good about it and can already tell this is what I need in order to not only loose weight but to be overall healthier. I haven't had a problem reducing carbs significantly, my problem lies in that I cannot seem to get my calories to an acceptable level, I just plain and simply am not hungry... Do I force myself to eat more? And if so what should I be eating? Thank you in advance! :)

You will learn that feeling. If you aren't hungry, don't eat. A couple of lower calorie days will even out with higher calorie days, usually. If you continued with more low calorie days (than higher), then you need to think about eating more. Meanwhile, enjoy that feeling! It's wonderful, and leads to control over food choices that is awesome!

Thank-you for the positivity! I may be just over worried that I'm going to fail and at the same time having a hard time force feeding myself.

I have hungry days and not so hungry days. I just go with how I'm feeling. Are you keeping your fats high as you reduce carbs? Usually I get in enough fat to get my calories to an acceptable level!

This. Just make sure that you don't attempt to calorie restrict on the "hungry" days, otherwise you're skewing your averages to the low end. As long as your longer term averages (weekly, biweekly, monthly) work out, it's fine to swing over or under some days.

you are super early in this, you will find that soon you are going to have days where you feel like you could eat an entire cow. if you are staying low carb follow your hunger cues they won't steer you wrong. when your hungry eat, when you aren't hungry don't eat. your body will average it all out as is needed. good luck and welcome to the group :)

    Never force. Eat when hungry.
