I was a reg at the gym for the last 8 years. Lifting and HIIT cardio. I started getting bored about a year ago, I wanted to try Crossfit. So I signed up for an intro class and I was hooked. That was a month ago. Crossfit is amazing. Great sense of community, always cheering you on and very humbling. Its one of those "Check your Ego at the door". I look forward to the every workout. Its always a surprise.0 -

I'm in! What kind of yoga do you do 4me72? I like to add Vinyasa and Yin around my resistance training.
I've never tried crossfit...I seriously think I'd die hahaha0
