Good Morning, Sunshines!!
@Kayak97- Aww, I'll our cheerleader too, but I'm happy for her!! That's awesome!!
@bpkal- I can't even begin to express how happy I am for you! That is such and accomplishment!!! Get it, Girl!!!
@gethntysear- You've got a monster step count for this week!!! I have a fitbit zip and have been known to misplace it on occasion. Seemed like I lost it every other day last week. LOL. I hope to have a step count like yours next week!!!
@Serendipity0913- I love Love LOVE your poster boards!! I have 2 jars with pretty stones in them, one jar for pounds lost and the other for pounds left to lose! I'll be updating them this friday with the weigh in!
Today's plan of action is... 60 minutes of Body Beast, and go for a walk because it's gorgeous outside. I'll also be checking out a Pilates class at the local college this evening. I've never done Pilates and have minimal experience with yoga... So, this should be interesting.
Have a great day everyone!! Go Team, Die Lard!!0 -
I'll miss you, Team Die Lard - keep up the good work and I'll see you at the finale!0

@Serendipity0913@ love your vision board. I just made a weight loss vision board on a smaller scale and attached it to a mirror in my bedroom, so I can see I everyday.
@misalillstead- I would love to lose 30 pounds "amount of cheese an average American eats in a year" for starters.0 -
What an amazing team! I love love all the positive encouragement and well wishes!
@Serendipity0913 - Your goal boards are fantastic! I need to do some goal setting like that.
@misalillstead - Hilarious! What a great visual. I think I'll add a bale of hay to the middle of my goal board!
The 140 pounds of sugar a year is enough to make me re-commit to giving up sugar! It's surprising it adds up so fast.

Happy Tuesday team! Everyone is doing great already, so impressive!
I'm happy for @chrizzy8, and wish her much success on her new team. I'm glad thry found her a spot, but I'll miss her!
I had a great run tonight, 4.15 miles, including running UP 2.5 of the 3 hills on the route. I'm pretty stoked and can't wait to see how much I'll improve this season.
Lol, I still want to lose an elephants penis! Don't tell the hubs, he'll think I meant him (NOT!!)!

Running 4 miles and uphill - TOTALLY AWESOME!! As a wanna-be runner, I imagine that feels like a huge accomplishment!0 -
HUGE! Almost elephant's penis huge... lol, sorry, I'm tired and punchy. Goodnight team, let's kill it again tomorrow!0

mmcqueen927 wrote: »... I also drank 90 ozs of water today. Not a bad.
Nice! I totally struggle with the water thing. I'm pretty much never thirsty so I forget to drink. It's weird but true.0 -
I drank over 8 glasses of water yesterday, I was on a roll. I am going to try to do that at least everyday if I can. I found if I start in the morning in my car on my hour long ride to work I get 3 glasses down by the time I get to work.
Plus I finally got up for my workout alarm today and just didn't turn it off and turn over. I feel much better today and more energized.0 -
I struggle with water too @dixedreg. Unless you count coffee... otherwise 32oz is a good water day for me.0
-
Yay @schmitz17 for getting up, working out AND your water - Great job!!0
-
Thanks @bpkal! I started "running" last summer at 345#. I'm still really slow but both my pace and distance are improving. I've yet to run a 5k race but looking forward to it. And then a 10k, 15k and a half. Bucket list items!0

Oh! If coffee counted I'd be way over the goal! ha!0 -
@MimiOfTheLusciousLawn-that was an awesome run. I started C25K on Monday with my sister ( she seems to be talking me into a lot of stuff lately and I was exhausted lol. I will be doing Day 2 tonight at the gym.
@dixedreg-I don't like water, but I have learned to drink it. I do like Nestle water with a splash of lemon, the lemon is not overbearing.
@schmitz17 - good job on the water and getting up for your workout. I start drinking water on my commute to work also.
I drank 96ozs of water yesterday, no gym, but did squats throughout the day and a little running in place. I will be going to the gym tonight and hopefully 96ozs of water today.
Have a great day everyone!!!!0 -

Awww thanks @MimiOfTheLusciousLawn! I'll still be rooting for you guys! Good luck losing an elephant's penis, LOL... You can DO IT!0 -
Good Afternoon everyone, hope you're all having a brilliant day.
Just checking in and seeing how everyone is doing!
@MimiOfTheLusciousLawn In awe of all runners regardless of pace, I can walk but getting my legs to do the fast bit is near on impossible, let alone doing it uphill!
@misalillstead Had to check out what Body Beast was, oh my! How you finding it, looks intense. Also with the monster steps I pretty much use any opportunity to walk, trying to not let having a desk job be an excuse anymore, besides sending emails is less efficient I’ve also been a bit nervous of yoga did you enjoy pilates?
@schmitz17 and @mmcqueen927 Nicely done on keeping up with the fluids, I’ve found I’m actually a lot less tired now and less hungry, although I do feel parched a lot more. Think my body is trying to catch up on all the years of not enough water.
Found out why I’ve been so munchy and grumpy Mr Tom has arrived, just in time for my Boditrax weigh in on Friday. Has anyone else used the boditrax machines, I try to do it monthly as its more accurate than my scales, also love the fact it tells me my body composition of muscle and fats etc.
Talking of muscle, managed to persuade myself to get up this morning before the sun and do some weight training, about to go home and do some more of the squawking lady Jillian then wear out my greyhound. Also super happy my OH is finally on board getting healthy after seeing I got a lil glimmer of definition in my arms.
Anyway I flown my way to the Bald eagle, still got to catch up to the cinderblock and then maybe I’ll be the complete Oxford English Dictionary.

@misalillstead I'm hoping for an Irish setter, but I'd be OK with a small bale of hay!0
