@gethntysear- body beast is awesome! Time flies by when I'm lifting and Sagi, the trainer, is so funny! Pilates was awesome!! I'm going back tonight!

I wasn't able to post yesterday as my sister in law, my niece and I went to San Francisco to see Wicked!! And it was absolutely amazing!! I woke up this morning with Defying Gravity stuck in my head.

    Good morning team,
Sorry I didn't lose any weight this week, but I didn't gain either.

I feel better and a little stronger and will tweak my eating this week, by doing some meal prep on Sunday for the week. I will add in another day of working out and push it up to 4 workouts. Hopefully I will have a loss next week to help out the team.

Thank you for the support and encouragement this week, it meant a lot.

***ANNOUNCEMENT - Change in Game Rules!!***

Current Rule: If a participant fails to submit their weekly weigh-in they will be marked as 0% loss which will affect not only their own standing but the overall standing of the team. Should they fail to submit 2 weeks in a row they will be eliminated and no longer able to participate in the challenge.

NEW Rule: If a participant fails to submit their weekly weigh-in they will be marked as 0% loss which will affect not only their own standing but the overall standing of the team. After team results are posted for the week the non-submitter will be eliminated from the team and will no longer be able to participate in the challenge. This does not apply to those individuals that have reported their weight as 0% loss.

    **********************************************************************************************

As I was looking into future weeks I realized that a non-submitter that decides to submit the next week will be evaluated on their previous weigh-in two weeks prior which makes it unfair to those that are weighing-in weekly. As a result, if you don't weigh-in weekly you will be considered weight that is weighing down the team and you will be eliminated.

I'm sorry for the confusion in having to make the change. Because this is our first month doing the challenge it has been a work in progress. I feel with the new change in rules it will still make everyone accountable while being fair to those that are committed to the challenge.

As always, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

    Hi Team Die Lard!

All weights have been entered for your team. Unfortunately there have been two people eliminated from the team this week, mikconklin and irunforpizza due to not submitting.

On a positive note, the team collectively has lost a total of 19.9 lbs! Well Done!!

We have a person travelling and unable to gain access to a scale. She has reported in that she will have a number for us as soon as she is home tomorrow. Once that is received winners will be announced.

Oo! Michigan! I have lots of family in Flint!

Great job on the first week, All!
I plan on taking it easy today as I've had a cramp in my calf all morning. Maybe just a walk today, if it gets better!
Have a great weekend! Cheers to Week 2!!

I was excited I got my husband to go to the gym with me today to go lift some weights. So it was nice for us both to get to workout together.

It's spring here in Texas, and the pollen count is finally going down! Hope the warm weather comes your way. Though I must say, your snow photos are really beautiful!

@Kayak97, your photo looks so warm and spring like!! The snow was beautiful, especially at sunrise with the sun voming through the pines. Mmmm, best part of winter (or Sprinter as we seem to be calling it this year).

Question: two people failed to weigh in and were eliminated. Do we get replacements from the waiting list or are we just kind of screwed for the rest of the challenge? Just wondering.

We should be getting replacements. I think Serenity0913 is contacting a couple of people from the wait list; hopefully we'll get confirmations from them tomorrow.

So I'm doing this 5 minute arm video every day for another April challenge. Yesterday my (thin, fairly fit) husband decided to try it with me. LOL, you've never heard someone whine so much! And you know I enjoyed it all way too much!! (It is hard, and it does hurt, and you do want to choke her but you know you can't because your arms are toasted!) Check it out - I'm hoping this will help my "batwings."

Wow, great video. I did it and my arms were killing just a couple minutes into it. But to know 5 minutes can make such a difference is great.

I'm sure hoping it'll make a difference!! If it doesn't, I'd have to choke her for sure!!! :D

My personal goal this week is to hit 10,000 steps everyday since I've been slacking on that front. Y'all can add me on fitbit if you want to as well. My email is danasummers17@yahoo.com

Great goal @sensiblesummer! My goal for the week is to workout 20 minutes a day, 11 glasses a water a day, and to walk at least 5,000 steps a day.

My dog hurt her knee on Saturday night, so I need to take care of her at night, so hoping to get this all done before I get home at night. So I can give my husband a break!
