Hi Team Die Lard!
All weights have been entered for your team. Unfortunately there have been two people eliminated from the team this week, mikconklin and irunforpizza due to not submitting.
On a positive note, the team collectively has lost a total of 19.9 lbs! Well Done!!
We have a person travelling and unable to gain access to a scale. She has reported in that she will have a number for us as soon as she is home tomorrow. Once that is received winners will be announced.0 -
Its chilly spring morning here. But m proud of myself today. Headed for gym. Did 30 min circuit and 45 mins treadmill.

I was excited I got my husband to go to the gym with me today to go lift some weights. So it was nice for us both to get to workout together.0

@Kayak97, your photo looks so warm and spring like!! The snow was beautiful, especially at sunrise with the sun voming through the pines. Mmmm, best part of winter (or Sprinter as we seem to be calling it this year).
Question: two people failed to weigh in and were eliminated. Do we get replacements from the waiting list or are we just kind of screwed for the rest of the challenge? Just wondering.0 -

So I'm doing this 5 minute arm video every day for another April challenge. Yesterday my (thin, fairly fit) husband decided to try it with me. LOL, you've never heard someone whine so much! And you know I enjoyed it all way too much!! (It is hard, and it does hurt, and you do want to choke her but you know you can't because your arms are toasted!) Check it out - I'm hoping this will help my "batwings."

Great goal @sensiblesummer! My goal for the week is to workout 20 minutes a day, 11 glasses a water a day, and to walk at least 5,000 steps a day.
My dog hurt her knee on Saturday night, so I need to take care of her at night, so hoping to get this all done before I get home at night. So I can give my husband a break!0
