Challenge yourself to get up & get moving!! Post your goal & your results here. Try to achieve a 15mi/week minimum. Feel free to go above & beyond! If you have to start with less, so be it!
Help yourself stay accountable & Encourage each other!

"Run when you can. Walk when you must. Crawl if you have to. Just never give up." Dean Karnazes, the Ultramarathon Man

For the folks returning you know that the 15 miles is not the main goal. The main goal is just to get up and get moving, if you don't meet it that's fine and you surpass it, well that just freaking rocks.

For newcomers the preferred method of posting miles would be:

Post the day, what you did that day for miles (run, walk, hike, bike, elliptical - all miles count!) - posted daily or when the miles occur...

Week 1: (Apr 1-9)
Week 2: (Apr10-16)
Week 2: (Apr 17-23)
Week 4: (Apr 24-30)

Sun:
Mon:
Tue:
Wed:
Thu:
Fri:
Sat:

WTD: (Total- Miles, any miles - total for the week so far)
MTD: (Total- Miles, any miles - for the month so far)

As always this is not set in stone, if you post every other day or whatever fits into your schedule, but please try to stay close to the above format.

If you'd like to include photos of your adventures (PLEASE do!), please edit the size so the image is no more than 300px tall or wide, THANKS!

For those folks that don't do miles:

for conversion to be made easy

Now let's get moving folks

    You've been busy!
I had three days off last week. My little boy had strep AND flu both and was rather miserable. I had a touch of flu myself but not near as bad as his. On Sunday he did his first color run with his friend so I took pictures of them.
Today I did 6.46. It was a beautiful sunshiney day. I absolutely LOVE spring.
So a question for you two bikers. I did some cycling a couple summers ago for a triathlon but wound up with hip bursitis so bad I could hardly walk. Any advice on avoiding this happening again? I'd really like to get my bike back out this summer.

DANG girl! You need to keep your family in a bubble & say "down with the sickness!" Sure would love to see your pic.. a color run.. how fun for him!

I've never had bursitis, so no answer for you there... sorry.

Yes! We need a bubble! Only 16 days of school until summer and hopefully a break from all this illness.
    How was the clinic?
