I am still here not able to do too much walking because of spurs but hoping to get right back into it when it gets a bit cooler. Also waiting to have major surgery.

I've been using another calorie app over the last year or so... I kept hearing about MFP and I opted for a change so here I am! I'm 43, 5'5. My starting weight was 86.3kg (I was not consistent most of last year but I did lose 14 kgs all up). I need to lose another 10kg or so. I have just started gym strength training which has been really hard (but a great feeling afterwards). I want to look better but I also want to be stronger. The exercise part worries me because I lack energy. That's me!0

This year is time to actually got some goals done.
made good progress a year ago and then had a relapse while a few personal issues going on.
Currently 6 KG into a 25 kg goal.0 -
I was at my ideal weight when I joined but between September and now I have gained 17kgs. I'll probably be more active in this group this year0
