Fitbit Challenge 2016

After breakfast, stick to water
At breakfast, go ahead and drink orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water instead of juice or soda. The average American consumes an extra 245 calories a day from soft drinks. That’s nearly 90,000 calories a year—or 25 pounds! And research shows that despite the calories, sugary drinks don’t trigger a sense of fullness the way that food does.

I've been using my fitbit for 2 years and LOVE IT. Makes me accountable for moving more everyday.
Name: Kim
Starting Weight: 178.2 (Tuesday is weigh in)
Goal: 150 but I set smaller ones, currently is 165
Sleep: I don't track it because I don't like wearing it at night. I don't really sleep well however.
Daily Step Goal: 13000
Weekly: Average is 80,000-100,000 steps but I am constantly walking in my job
Weekly weight loss: 1-2lbs/wk
My suggestion is to find a group of friends and use the fitbit competitions. Our whole team competes every week and it's a great time to see everyone trying to out do the other person0 -
