I greatly dislike Monday weigh-ins... weekends are usually not the best for me and yesterday was wife's b-day so consumed too much of the good stuff. Even though I walked my butt off yesterday, still have little to show for what I would consider one of my better weeks of fitness... all to say, I'm hoping next week will have better results.
