All - since we "start" Monday, figured I'd give my am starting info. Post as you wish to give yourself some baseline.
Just post SOMETHING, even if it's just one metric. It helps immensely with accountability.
Weight: 199
BF % per Aria: 16.7%

I should add that getting to 170.0 would put me at a BMI of 29.9, so out of the Obese category and into just Overweight For some reason, that makes me super happy! LOL0 -

Public service announcement. After a bit of research I've learned Android users cannot post photos from the app. It must be done from the website.0

Agreed. In your case I would set a BF percentage goal instead of a weight goal. If you do this the weight will take care of itself IMO.
Good luck and glad you're here!0 -
Starting weight: 230.60

Starting weight is 182.
Goal weight is 150 at this time, but ideally I should be 140.0 -
Starting weight: 192.4, 38% body fat per cheap scale that purports to measure such things
Challenge goal: 182.4
Ultimate goal weight: 155
I'll post pics later.0 -
Starting weight: 198 *sigh* up five pounds in two weeks. My first big goal is to get to 180. I'm halfway there. But I also need to focus on inches lost instead of just what the scale says. We are at war right now.0
