1 week clean eating Challenge

I am challenging you too eat clean for one full week and track the progress of your weight, experience such as energy levels and over feeling after that week. Reply below with the day you started.
This will include prepping healthy meals throughout the week to make sure you stay on track and sharing what meals you prepped with us.
Mind you this is how I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks si I speak from experience wheb I say you will feel and see results.

    I started again yesterday so I will post my first day as Saturday. You can see some of my meals and planning in the other discussion threads.

    It can be so difficult eating clean lol. My daughter has a bag of doughnuts and I swear they call to me. But every morning I wake up feeling better than the day before. Preppping my neals has made it so much easier too. Tonight I will make healthy enchiladas. Check out my other discussion thread for details if interested in the recipe.

    One week of clean eating done for me. I had my cheat meal for breakfast so I can burn some of the calories throughout the day. Now for a morning workout.
    I also want to add that I notice a huge difference every mornibg after a day of clean eating. My body feels better and I can look at my body and tell it is working. My goal is to put in as much muscle as I am losing in fat. So far I can tell it is working and I live the results I am seeing.
