So glad! I'm posting my progress measurements on my personal page.0

I'm mainly focusing on getting my BF% down and if I lose a bit of weight in the process that's a plus too. I'm already at a healthy BMI, close to the low end, so I'm not too worried about losing a lot of weight just getting fit and healthy. I keep up with my progress on my profile page as well. Friend me if you want .0

That sounds like I good idea! I'll pick up a tape measure and join!0
-
Same! I would like to get my 63cm waist back. Long way to go :-(0

Yaaaaaasss! I don't own a scale or tape measure actually but I think Tape measures are cheaper than scales so I'll do that. LAst I checked ( which was almost a year ago) I was a 26" waist. Would like to get to 23". I'm under 5 feet so that's not as crazy as it sounds I don't think0

Nice work!0 -
my focus is including more of the inches as well as pounds.0

I find that when I lose weight my measurements go down. I also monitor my body fat percentage. If I lose weight, it usually goes down as well.0

I am happy to share: This AM, I tried on a pair of pants that zipped up pretty easily. When I started this journey they were sooooo tight.

Congratulations!!! That's such a great feeling0

I joined MFP on April 28 and lost 2 ibs in three days; however, my waist stays at 27.5. My short term goal (before my summer trip) is 26.5; my ultimate goal is 25-25.5. I will share my progress on our forum. Thank you for having me.1

That's awesome haoshencai!0

I wish I could have this as my goal! Unfortunately I'm so short waisted with wide hips and ribs, and lose fat from my belly first, so I don't think I'll go any lower. But my goal is definitely based on what I see in the mirror and how strong and healthy I feel.1

Great idea!
Waist: 25"
Hips: 32.5"
Not sure what I'm trying to get to. Definitely 1 to 2 in off my waist0 -

I like this thread. However ppl with waists under 30 are so lucky, Id kill for a 29 " waist right about now. Ugh I don't really measure anything else cause my waist is my huge problem area. It measures 37" and I hate it! Ugh! I just started working with a personal trainer so I hope to get some of those inches off. My goal right now is a 30" waist that is some serious work for me! I actually bought a beautiful pari of jeans from the Gap on Mothers day that are 29 (which I think is an equivalent to an 8) Im hoping got zip those bad boys up by this summer!0

I'd like to be a part of this

W - 26,3 - 67 cm
H - 34.3 - 87 cm
I'm 5'2 or 159 cm0 -

You sound just like I did back in October!! My waist was 37" and I hated it too!!! So I joined here & have read a ton on these forums which helped me learn. My waist is now hovering just below 30" and today I'm wearing a size 29 pair of jeans! And yup, zipped those bad boys up no problem
A trainer is great, you should learn lots, but start walking... It's free! Walk (listen to podcasts helps kill time) & log your steps on MFP, this site is really great for keeping track of your food. Remember, you'll lose weight by reducing your calories and get stronger and maintain muscle by exercise. Good luck! You can do this!0 -
Ive been very active on this app for 30+ days, but have not seen much loss overall, specially around my stomach.
Does any one have suggestions regarding belly fat loss?
Exercises or foods to eat/avoid?0 -
doing more abs and using this app seems to help a lot0
