you don't need to add fibre - fat takes over where fibre used to help. When you've been on this WOE for a while it should resolve. If problems, eat more fat.0

I take 2 psyllium fiber capsules a day. Flax seeds or chia seeds help , too. Taking magnesium helps keeps things moving , too.0

I agree with this. I had IBS since I can remember and I always had to take fiber supplements and probiotics and try to eat high fiber foods like it was my job!
I stopped doing all of those things when I started Keto and just decided to see what happened. I was averaging no more than 5g fiver a day from the veggies I was eating and didn't have anymore IBS symptoms at all.
Months later I did find that I would occasionally feel a bit constipated and found that it seemed to be associated with higher cheese and or protein consumption. It did improve as long as I didn't overdo either of those.
However, for the past 2 weeks I've been eating only animal products and no vegetables at all, so no fiber at all, and have been able to eat all the cheese and protein I want without recurrence of the constipation. So, now I actually think the problem is combining fiber (even that small amount) with those foods... For me anyway.
It's a good idea to try not supplementing fiber and just eat your new diet for the next month and see how it goes. Keeping in mind that your body will go through an adjustment upon completely changing your diet, so give it the full month to decide what to tweek

I agree with @Sunny_Bunny_! My bathroom time is much better without fiber. I'm carnivore, and if I consume any veggies now I can guarantee extra, not so pleasant, bathroom time!
Please note that when switching to LCHF or Keto the body will actually utilize more of what you take in, making waste amounts much less than they were, and less frequent!
Finding what works for you is the key! Balance is what we all strive for, and if your body needs fiber, then get your fiber. But, fiber from grain isn't needed by anyone, in my opinion!0 -
I have no issue with fiber. I'm eat about 45-50 g of carbs and 15-20 g of it coming from fiber. I'll usually have sauteed peppers and onions with my food or I've also been making low carb wraps that have baby spinach, shredded carrots, peppers, onions, and avocado (plus chicken, bacon, and dressing). Check my diary for more info.0

Thank you for mentioning this. I've had some problems since starting LCHF and now I know I don't have to worry about the fibre ....0
