Morning, Everyone! I'm going to be without internet for a couple of weeks but I'm not going to leave you hanging. This is going to be a bulk post for all the days I think that I will be gone. I should be back by May 1st.
Today's Challenge: Sit in the butterfly pose and stretch. Just relax today!

4/18- Hour for myself complete with everything that had to be accomplished today it was nice to take a walk/jog around my neighborhood when the sun went down and everything cooled off0

4/19- Joined a recipe swap group on this site and found a good looking recipe for sweet potato protein pancakes!0

4/19- Found a recipe for creamy pesto mac with spinach. Very delicious. I'm always looking for ways to each spinach since I hate it, but I also have low iron. This was a very good way to eat it (although admittedly higher in calories than I would have liked)0

4/22 Done. I walk with 2 girls from work and they are speed walkers so I let them lead for a bit then we slowed down for me, then i let them push me again. My calves hate me lol0

4/23 Did this one a day early since I'm always swamped on Saturdays. Bought my grandparents dinner and we caught up. It was nice0

4/23 Caught up with a friend from swim class that I haven't seen in a long time. We had a nice chat.0

I mostly drink herbal teas or black tea with strong flavors (hot cinnamon spice what what!) But I got a few straight up black teas for Christmas so I tried one today. It was better than I expected but I did have to add a little milk0 -
4/25 Did this a day late because it worked better with my schedule. It was really nice to escape into some else's problems0

4/27 Done. Not sure I would call it wandering, but we took a different route to lunch. Nice day for a walk.1
