Funnily enough, I had it up in my browser:
    http://lowcarbyum.com/low-carb-soul-bread-review/
It's a detailed review with pics and the recipe and the link to the original with all the wonderful variations.

Can't wait to try it, just had to track down one of the ingredients; xanthan gum (whatever that is!). My pharmacy was able to order it in and I will pick it up tomorrow so I will soon be able to give you my first hand review :p

I made my first ever oopsy bread today. it turned out wonderfully! it might work for a light sandwich but it would be lovely for dipping in things. http://www.tasteaholics.com/recipes/low-carb-keto/eggs-benedict-a-la-oopsie/

soul bread a hundred times. Toasts, slices, makes a damn fine sandwich. Or french toast. Doesn't get sticky like oopsie bread tops tend to. Stores for daysssssss (if you let it last that long)

Caveman Keto Almond Buns are also nice! They also don't involve complex ingredients except for almond flour.

If you find a muffin or sandwich bread recipe you like, think about buying a muffin top pan, sometimes referred to as an oopsie pan. I got mine at Target and use it a lot. It makes perfectly round Sandwich-Thin-like bread, much neater and easier than dropping dough on a baking sheet.

    http://www.target.com/p/chicago-metallic-muffin-top-pan/-/A-11295775#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=muffin+top

Be forewarned: if you Google "muffin top" you see 10,458 references to rock hard abs and how to get them.

Anyone have any experience with switching the protein powder for something else in the soul bread recipe?? I can't seem to find any zero carb flavorless protein powder.

Love a flaxseed muffin in a mug
    1/4 c ground flax
    1 egg
    1 pinch baking powder
    1 pinch salt
Put in a coffee mug and microwave for 1 to 2 min
Delicious sliced with cream cheese or peanut butter on top....or both!

Zero carb (well, okay less than 1 carb per scoop and the are BIG scoops) flavorless protein powder).

I just made some delish biscuits that taste just like the ones at Red Lobster. They are on the site
    www.ketogenic-diet-resource.com/low-carb-biscuits.html
2g carb each and 9g fat.

Not quite bread, but a bread substitute...gelatin cut into "bread" slices...it works as long as it's not hot enough to melt said gelatin.

The whole "faux" bread made from flaxseed, eggs, & EVOO works well too. I use to make Olive oil cakes out of...great as a laxative too LOL
