String cheese and a mandarin orange. Frozen banana blended with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a squirt of chocolate milk flavoring.

My favorite go to snack is fat free cottage cheese mixed with some crushed or diced pineapple. So good!

100 calorie popcorn (2 cups of popcorn), makes me feel like I'm eating a lot. Sometimes I will have two packs.

I make trail mix with 1T each of semi-sweet chocolate chips, slivered almonds, and pumpkin seeds. IIRC (I haven't made it in a while) it's about 150 calories per serving.

I love frozen grapes, pineapple, and peaches. As they soften a bit, they have a creamy, almost ice cream like texture. Today my granddaughter kept stealing mine as I was snacking and I had to whine to her mom to get her kid her own treat. LOL.

I do all my recipes in Google Docs/Google Drive so I can easily share them and use them wherever I am. I tried uploading a couple in here, but when I click on the open button, it tells me it won't work. Am I doing something wrong?

My newest snack (invention) is gonna sound strange - but now my hubby loves it, too, and he always asks for one if he sees me having one.

A warmed small flour tortilla with chipotle flavored cholula or tabasco sauce on it (just a tiny amount)

It's a great tasting snack that's filling - and an awesome way to increase your water intake

    Homemade frozen banana ice cream

Super easy to make - and it tastes just like a fancy Italian gelato.

I saw Rachel Ray make it once a few years ago and finally tried making it myself. Super easy and you only need some old bananas. You can make it in a blender or food processor.

I make a snack platter of marinated veggies (the kind that come in a jar). Also, one roasted artichoke heart and 3 asparagus spears. One sweet pickle, 3 greek olives, 2 thin slices of uncured nitrate free salami and half ounce of Dubliner cheese. I have that with 5 oz of red wine and I eat it all very slowly. I feel like a queen!

This is my arsenal of snacks, and mostly what I eat right now when I need something quick and tasty.
    • 2 cups of strawberries and 1/4 cup of sugar free Cool Whip. About 140 calories and it is very filling. Especially with the tasty NC strawberries this time of year. This is a favorite snack, but a great dessert as well.
    • Pirate's Booty Aged White Cheddar Puffs or Food Should Taste Good Cheddar Chips. Sometimes you just need chips, and these are a great and flavorful options. They make me happy.
    • Multigrain tortilla chips and salsa.
    • Light cheese sticks.
    • Ole Extreme Wellness wraps (High fiber, low carb) and PB2 and sugar free strawberry jelly. I use half a wrap and then some PB2 and jelly. Yum!
    • White Cheddar rice cakes
    • SmartPop 100 calorie packs of popcorn.
    • Carrots and hummus.

I'm a snacker, can't you tell? I've curbed this snack stuff to one, maybe 2 a day though.
