Kitty or puppy will work...drooling or scratching or perhaps a cute stuffed one if you are pet-free. Hmmmm...I don't think the swimmers will work here though.

Let me know what you think.

Walked w/DH this morning in the cold wind then got on the bike for 12.50 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then managed two darebee workouts and a blogilates arm workout for a Game of Thrones challenge I'm in. I got kidnapped by one of the other houses and to get me back my team had to do 35 burpees, 40 squats and 35 mins of flex. The other three workouts were to get three other kidnapped team members back. Our workout was included a number of times in everything I did today. I still have to go to the store. ZZZzzzz.

    Later, my friends.

Nothing freaks my cat out more than when I do Yoga. Although this is Gary, Gary lives down the street but is always over at my house and I've fed her for two years. My husband named her Gary. Looks like a fun workout.

I have stomach crud again. Ugh. I hope to get a lot more done tomorrow. I need to get on top of my diet - but gosh, I get so hungry. It doesn't do my stomach any good either. For my GI to get healed up I usually mostly stop eating for a week and I feel so much better, but that's tough to do. Really tough.

I completed the challenge, along with my 21 day arms challenge and I started a 30 day plank challenge. Also got in 8643 steps for 3.44 miles.

Chris - you're amazing...I want to be you when I grow up. :)

Runner - I hope you feel better soon.

    Good night.

Burpees? Chris had to do burpees? Muahaha. Rolling on the floor laughing my *kitten* off. Still laughing. Yep, laughing still..........

Runner Paula, I love that she comes to visit you and your kitty! <3 Hope you get over the crud for good soon.

Kathy I hope none of us ever grow up totally! No fun in that. I know your tennis game will improve with those challenges. B) Great going!

Clara that is the hardest thing. Eating well. Great job!

My cat is no longer allowed in my gym. Tired of vacuuming every day. I will just have to fake it. Might be more fun that way.

I wanted to go get a burger tonight. But I stayed home and in my calorie goal. Yep a better choice. But I still miss my burger. My fish appear fine in their quarantine tank.

    Bye all,
    Shelley

Tennis practice yesterday evening - 60 mins along with Day 2 of plank challenge. I'm back on my exercise regime now I've got to work on my nutrition. I'm snacking too much and not drinking enough water.

    Work in progress. :)

    It's hump day!

It was no laughing matter... I didn't have to do the burpees for my kidnapping, but I ended up with:

    150 Effing Burpees
    180 JJs
    60 Squats
    20 Arm Circles
    40 Push ups
    1 min Wall Sit

...in order to pay Lady Stark's ransom. OMG!! I must say they did wheel and deal to get me released with all my exercise minutes in tact. If they hadn't bargained with my kidnappers for me to keep my minutes the team would have lost all my minutes through today and maybe tomorrow.

So, today I walked w/DH and Bean this morning for 4.0 miles in 92 mins (7.21 total miles for 15,738 steps) then got on the recumbent for 12.75 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Grimm then went to 1st grade then hit the gym w/DDD and our trainer who incorporated some of my challenge exercises into our workout then finished the rest of the challenge when I got home. I am so done!!

    Hope your Thursday is wonderful!

Chris you do not bargain with kidnappers! But since you did, well burpees is a fitting consequences! Still laughing miss queen of the no burpees club. Muahaha. o:)

Kathy sounds like you are cleaning up your act! So how did the planks go?

Hi Clara, nice to see you so much lately. o:)

    Been busy today.

I know bargaining with kidnappers is a bad thing, but I had no say in the matter. I asked my team if there was a way for me to escape or if I could sweet talk one of the guards or bargain with my beautiful cape, but there was no answer given to these questions. I think escaping would have been a hoot!!

Yesterday turned into an unplanned rest day. When I got off work yesterday, I decided to take a sort nap...3 hours later a telephone call woke me up. :) I guess I needed the rest.

Back to challenges today and tennis practice. Challenges are going well and helping me get a routine going again.

    Great day ladies!

Shelley, the exercise calories burned for yesterday was NOT correct. For some reason I could not delete what my Fitbit logged. That number you saw was way over by at least 400. Don't want you to think I'm a Superwoman or anything like that...nopey, nope!!

Thank you for the compliment, though!! <3

Yes escaping would have been so much fun. And you are still my super woman!

Kathy I am agreeing that you needed the rest.

I'm walking to get a newspaper at lunch nowadays. My legs like it. They get that jangly feeling that says "hey, keep going!" - can't though need to get back to work.

Kathy, glad you got your nap. Your body knew you needed it!

Chris - what Shelley said "superwoman" yeppy yep!

An actor puts on a Batman suit and suddenly has muscles. Imagine what we could do. Can you say Jessica Rabbit?

Bwahahah! huge chest and spike heels...fall over...go splat!! :p

Walked w/DH this morning 5.15 miles in 97 mins then got on the recumbent for 12.50 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then did our workout... I started the first exercise w/Bean then he followed DH down the hall. Good thing, though. I can;t imagine having 75 pounds of puppy on my belly trying to do a bridge...uumm...no!

It was really windy up here this morning. It was warmer...not Santa Ana winds warm, but we had fun getting pushed around!!

Hope you are all having a great weekend!

Ah Shelley, snow in May!!?? So not fair. Slippery streets make you go splat even without the spike heels!

Chris, Seventy-five pound puppy bridge = lying on your back flat on the floor? splat!

    Shelley...what Paula said! So I won't mention our 78 degrees outside... B)

Paula, that bridge never got built! bwhahahahah!

Walked w/DH for 5.20 miles in 95 mins then hit the gym w/DDD and SIL for a 50 min workout then had lunch w/a friend. We went to a new place called Pete's. I had their minestrone soup...nopey, nope. It must have been left over from yesterday because the noodles were soggy, and the veggies were way too soft. It wasn't even noon yet. And, no way am I full.

I may get on the recumbent later. Maybe...

I hope you are all having a grand Saturday.

Chris I hate soggy noodles. Over cooked possible? A little nicer today. Almost 50 degrees today.

I roasted veggies last night, inspired by a friend's recipe and cauliflower on its last legs. Slice, drizzle EVO, bake, turn when browned, yum... I luv noodles period. And veggies 2.

I'm gonna try the workout but can't guarantee Maynard's cooperation. Nopey-nope.
