BPC Alternative

Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody had a good alternative to bullet proof coffee? My dilemma is that I switched from working overnights at a physical job where I would drink a red bull zero and not eat for my 8 hour shift to a daytime desk job. I feel weird bringing a red bull to my new job. I feel like I should be drinking coffee but I absolutely hate the taste of it. I find it gross. I also don't like tea. Any ideas?

BPB - Bullet Proof Bullion 1 tbs coconut oil, 1 tbs butter, bullion of choice. Blend it all up (don't stir, it has to be blended to taste right). You get your fats and much needed sodium and it keeps you full for HOURS!
If new to coconut oil, I'd start with less, it sometimes goes through people...1 -
I was gonna suggest bp broth but then I thought that might seem more odd than drinking a can of red bull, so I'm not sure if that would work for you0

BPHC- Bullet Proof Hot Chocolate
Protein powder. Your flavour of choice
Butter
Coconut oil
Coconut milk (in the can), or cows/Almond milk
I hate the taste of coffee too.

I'll do broth with a pat of butter in it, but not coconut oil0 -
i make BPC with vanilla chai black tea. Little coconut cream and a few drops of stevia with the butter & MCT oil or coconut oil... Yum!1

I tried it twice but it just tastes like coffee to me0 -
Thanks for the broth and hot chocolate suggestions guys. I'll be trying both out this weekend.0

You could also try MCT oil in a cold drink if that sounds better. And there's nothing wrong with just eating a spoonful of coconut oil if you're just trying to ingest some for help with appetite...0

I am a hot chocolate person myself, with added gelatin and coconut oil.0

I carry bouillon cubes with me and usually have at least a tablespoon of butter in the refrigerator at work just in case, and on days I'm hungry I just warm a mug of water in the microwave, toss in half a bouillon cube and a tablespoon of butter, and sip to my heart's content. It keeps me full for a suprisingly long time.0

Can I also suggest you take care of yourself and try not to care how others might perceive what you are eating/drinking?
This is especially true if you ever bring a half pound cooked burger stuffed with a pat of butter to work for lunch.
Because it's happening, it's happening.3 -
I've never been a coffee fan but wanted an alternative to water. I started with flavored teas (usually something with coconut, caramel or cocoa) a packet of Splenda or stevia and a tbsp. of heavy whipping cream. Once I got used to the taste, then I moved onto Americanos from Starbucks with sugar free syrups. Now I don't even use any Splenda or stevia once my taste buds got used to it.0

If you like Red Bull 0 calories and you know what ingredients and everything are in it and you are fine with it, then keep drinking that. People drink coffee at night, which I don't understand. So there's no rule that you have to drink coffee in the morning. If you are really worried about it, pour your RB into a coffee mug.2

I've been trying to get away from energy drinks in general. When I worked third shift, it was almost a necessity for me.1
