I had a Yoplait French Vanilla (25% less sugar) yogurt
Bartlett Pears (Del Monte) 4 Oz cup
Pure Protein (chocolate chip) bar.

1/3 cup Activia, fat free, no sugar added yogurt.
6 grams of all bran mixed in.
And of course, coffee.2 -
2 boiled eggs

Bell pepper slices, South beach whipped chocolate almond snack bar, 3/4 of a lean pocket breakfast sandwich.
Odd breakfast, but I was unusually hungry this am.2 -
Steel cut oatmeal 1/2 cup
Blueberries 1/4 cup
Whole grain toast with mashed avocado mixed with a bit of pesto
Poached egg on top of that
8 almonds
Coffee
I try and keep all my meals about the same size and same carbs1 -
5.5 oz. can of V-8
small green bell pepper
5 egg white
6 triscuit thin crisp crackers
1 wedge Laughing Cow lite cheese1 -

Protein shake: 2 scoops of GNC Total Lean protein powder (chocolate peanut butter flavor) in 12 oz of 2% milk & let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken. This is what I typically have for breakfast every day.0

0% plain Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup raspberries, 1 tbsp hemp seeds and 1 wheatabix biscuit crumbled on top then 2 slices sprouted whole grain made into a grilled cheese sandwich with 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 oz low fat old cheddar and 35g of avocado.
Today was my running day so yogurt stuff before I ran and the grilled sandwich after1 -
