I'm fat adapted, so my only other choice would be a blood meter and the strips are soooo expensive. Any advice welcome.

I guess when I read "other choice would be a blood meter" I thought she was looking for something other than a Ketonix. or

I've used the ketonix devise often and it's really been great for learning how my body reacts to different foods. My wife also uses it and it is fasting ting how we can eat the same things and have different reactions. The lesson I've learned is that I'm more insulin resistant than I ever dreamed so keeping my carbs under 50g is pretty important. I've also compared the ketonix devise to the keto sticks and learned quickly that the keto stick weren't worth the time to pee on them. Just my experience.
