Just had a great stir fry made with boneless skinless chicken thighs, broccoli and zucchini cooked with sesame oil and topped with a few table spoons of no sugar added peanut butter stirred in.
I just threw stuff together but it is seriously so yum and tastes like satay without the carbs!1 -

Are there some brands of pork rinds that are better than others, or do you just get used to the taste?0 -
@mohesser I don't know if there truly is a difference between all the brands but I find the non-American brands better tasting, ie. Mexican ones or Asian ones.
