Yesterday was 115 & today was 106.

4.7 (84.8) sooo happy as my calories are now increased to 1950 for maintenance and I eat waaay more carbs but they are distributed through 6 meals pretty evenly as per the dietician's plan for me. I also do lots of exercise including running and swimming. How the rest of the day's sugar plays out remains to be seen (no diabetic meds now) x 2 weeks2
