    Can someone clear this up for me please? Are we eating the whole rainbow for 5 days or at least 1 item from the rainbow for 5 days.

    New color added to my rainbow today - Fresh Guava for Pink :), green papaya salad, fresh coconut meat,..sinach, tomato, etc. In Waikiki for a week :smiley:

    Day 5 Just made the Fat free Krusteal Orange Cranberry 140 calorie muffins! Plus will have salad with green, purple cabbage. Carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms in the pot roast.

    Based on the assumption that you don't have to have all 6 colors every day I have earned the full 25 points.
    Day 1 - tomatoes, banana peppers, spinach and green bell peppers, purple onions?, cucumbers?
    Day 2 - blueberries, tomatoes, carrots, green bell peppers, onions
    Day 3 - blueberries, applesauce, red bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, tater tots?? Lol
    Day 4 - raspberries, red bell peppers, watermelon, strawberries, halos, green bell peppers and grapes, blackberries?, onion
    Day 5 - red, orange, yellow, and green bell peppers, zucchini, grapes, broccoli, purple onion?, water chestnuts, yellow squash, sugar snap peas, and cauliflower

    If been eating coleslaw most days.. so that covers white, orange and purple! Plus bananas, apples and salad... and I have eaten the rainbow pretty much each day this week!

    Smoothie last Thurs. cherry and blueberry.blue
    Lettuce wraps a couple days. Romaine Green.
    Bananas another repeat snack. Yellow
    Making pasta tonight...will add purple onions..
